Brewing Gadgets accepts payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking & Tabby.

For domestic orders, we accept all major debit & credit cards, net banking options, as well as Tabby
For International orders we accept all major debit & credit cards

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Refunds for cancellations are processed within 7-10 business days.

Domestic Shipping charges: 25 AED & order above 500 AED is free delivery

International Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual / Volumetric weight of the products and the delivery location. These charges are displayed at checkout before payment is made.

The standard delivery timeline for orders is 2-5 working days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.

Yes, we offer free shipping for all domestic orders above AED 500. However, shipping for domestic orders below AAED 500 will be charged for AED 25

You can track your order on the BG website under the “My Account” section or on the shipping partner’s website using the consignment/tracking number provided.

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before it is returned to us. If our delivery partners are unable to deliver the package even after three attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, no refunds will of shipping fee be entertained. Please ensure that the shipping address provided includes the correct mobile number to avoid delivery issues.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify the Brewing Gadgets support team within 24 hours of delivery. We also request that you record a short video while unboxing the product, especially if it is a glassware item. This will help us speed up the process on our end.

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be purchased from within 7 days of delivery, with intact original packaging and tags, and must not have been used. However, certain categories such as Cleaning, Scale & Cupping, Accessories, Service books online, Spare Parts, Consumables, Customised products, special bulk orders, and international orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria, contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery via phone at +971 52 438 5156 or email at Provide the order number, transaction date, delivery address, and images of the defective item along with its packaging. Our team will investigate and revert within 3 working days.

Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags and box. We will organize a reverse pick-up at no additional charge. Upon receipt at our warehouse, a fresh piece will be dispatched within standard shipping timelines. If a replacement is unavailable within 15 days, a refund will be issued for the full amount of the damaged product.

Pack the product in its original packaging with the invoice, labels, tags, etc., and our courier partner will collect the product.

We have 7 days refund policy if the product is not used and in original condition, moreover a transaction charges and shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The warranty period is applicable upon retaining the invoice as proof of purchase and extends to the repair/replacement of the same/similar product design and quality. The warranty does not exceed the MRP of the product.

To claim warranty service, contact Customer Care via email at The product invoice must be produced as a prerequisite for processing any complaints during the warranty period.

The warranty includes the cost of repairing or replacing parts related to the product’s design and quality. For commercial machines and grinders, it also covers the service engineer’s visit fee if they are still under warranty. However, the warranty does not cover any issues caused by electrical failures or improper use that goes beyond the guidelines provided in the user manual.

Change of any accessory not covered under warranty is charged at full price. Additionally, services conducted on machines due to electrical failures are not covered under the warranty, and the required spares will be billed separately.

The warranty does not cover deterioration due to wear and tear, damage from chemicals or corrosion, customer mishandling, tampering, improper usage against the user manual instructions, Acts of God, or electrical failures. Additionally, warranty is void if the product serial number is damaged or removed, or if the product is used commercially despite being designated for non-commercial (personal) use only.
