Offers and Discounts: Specific details of the offer or discount, including what is included, such as percentage off or specific items on sale, minimum purchase amounts, and how the discount will be applied at checkout. No two offers/promotions/campaign can be clubbed/benefits can be clubbed in any of circumstances.

In case of any manufacturing defect, company qualified technical representative will review the product and take final call whether it’s a manufacturing defect or not. In case customer has purchased the goods and services from defected/seconds/liquidation product sales then no manufacturing defect claim will be applicable and acceptable.

Conditions: Brewing Gadgets General Trading LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Brewing Gadgets’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Brewing Gadgets in its sole discretion.

Prizes: Details of any prizes or incentives offered, eligibility to win, selectionand announcement of winners, delivery of prizes, and any conditions or limitations on prize redemption is going to available in offer specific terms and conditions. In case no clarity is available for specific offer then customer are requested to write at care@brewinggadgets.com and take the clarity before participation and notify the gap.

As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Dubai having jurisdiction. All such claims needs to raise within the offer period and in extreme cases within 7 days of promotion/offer/campaign closer.
