Porcelain dripper for pour-over coffee brewing. The Kasuya model was made in cooperation with Tetsu Kasuya, the winner of the most prestigious alternative coffee brewing competition, World Brewers Cup in 2016. The conventional rib shape of the Hario V60 dripper has been customized in this model. It slows the water down for better extraction of coffee, making it possible to brew stronger coffee even with the same amount of coarse grounds.
Design:-
Hario V60-02 allow you to brew 300 – 500 ml of coffee at a time, which is enough for a big mug or two smaller portions. This ceramic version offers a stylish design available in several colours. Furthermore, it is characterized by a very good level of heat keeping. Its conical form and special grooves on the inside of the dripper provide the perfect water flow. The set includes a plastic measuring spoon.
Use:-
To prepare delicious coffee you need freshly ground coffee of high quality, a filter, your favourite cup or server and scales. Put the filter in the dripper and put it on the vessel that you use for serving coffee. The infusion process takes only 3 – 4 minutes.Another advantage of this method is extremely easy maintenance. After use, simply remove the filter and wash the dripper in running water or in a dishwasher.

Toddy’s unique cold brew filtration extracts all the natural and delicious flavors of coffee and tea, leaving behind the bitter acids and oils associated with the traditional heat-brewing process. Designed specifically for the Toddy® Cold Brew System, Toddy® Filters come 2 to a bag.
We recommend replacing felt filters after 10 to 12 uses or after 3 months, whichever comes first. Cleaning simply requires rinsing the filter under running water to remove any residue, squeezing off any moisture, and storing in a resealable plastic bag in the freezer between uses. No soap needed.
Toddy® Filters are made and manufactured in the USA.

PULLS THE PERFECT CUP:
The pantented wave design reduces contact between the brewing space and the filter itself for a more balanced extraction and a flavorful, full-bodied cup of coffee every time. The design of the filters work in perfect harmony with Kalita Wave drippers to create a pool of water on top of the coffee bed that can help control agitation, helping maintain a uniform extraction without too much turbulation (which could lead to over extraction).
PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS AND PROFESSIONALS:
You’ll find the Kalita Wave pour over coffee filters used in the world’s top specialty cafes and professional coffee-making competitions. But they are also the perfect filters for pour-over beginners. Cone filters require perfect grinds and pouring technique in order to prevent stalling and over-extraction. The wave filter’s flat bottom, on the other hand, maintains a wide and even coffee bed, allowing water to permeate and leave the filter evenly.
PREMIUM CONSTRUCTION:
Made in Japan out premium thick paper stock. Our Kalita Wave 185 filters are oxygen bleached for environmental sustainability and to maintain your coffee’s perfect balanced taste.
SPECIALLY MADE FOR KALITA WAVE POUR-OVER DRIPPERS:
For best results use your Kalita Wave filters with the same size Kalita Wave dripper in either glass, ceramic or stainless steel.
