The Comandante Coffee Tray was created specifically for use in coffee shops and roasting facilities. It can also be used for cupping and holds about 250g of green coffee. You can dose the coffee to perfection because of the funnel form. In the middle of the shell is an embossed version of the Comandante logo. Because it is made entirely of recyclable materials, the shell is both strong and light.

COMANDANTE® was born out of necessity and a vision for performance and precision. In 2005 and long before COMANDANTE®, Bernd Braune and his family founded their speciality coffee roastery Supremo just outside Munich, Germany. Comandante or commandant is a title often given to the officer in charge of a military (or other uniformed service) training establishment or academy. COMANDANTE® develops and manufactures high performance coffee grinders, burrs, and tools for professionals and enthusiasts. The mission is to provide solutions to help coffee lovers consistently get the best out of their favourite coffees, decade after decade.
