TECHNOLOGIES

STEAM BY WIRE

The Steam by wire electronic vapor control system ensures high-quality dry vapor delivery (2.1bar), with two dedicated controls: one for purge and one for vapor activation.

T3 GENIUS

T3 Genius, the evolution of T3 technology, offers the same precision and control in temperature stability while using 37 percent less energy. This major achievement was achieved by reducing the volume of the stainless steel boiler, optimizing the weight of the unit, increasing its responsiveness and precision, improving the electronics, and channeling excess energy to preheat the incoming water.

PB TECH

It is an intelligent extraction system that extracts the best flavors of espresso through a series of precisely timed water pulses. It is easily activated with a simple on/off switch, after which the machine handles everything on its own.

TERS

The patented TERS (Temperature Energy Recovery System) uses waste water to preheat incoming water through a process of recycling and minimizing waster with a saving of 8 percent of total machine consumption.

Same technological solutions, same DNA: advanced electronics, redesigned PID control and thermal optimization ensure consistency and speed even in the most intense rhythms. The compact yet powerful stainless steel steam boiler operates at a higher pressure (2.1 bar) for dry, high-quality steam delivery.

The lighter units help reduce environmental impact without compromising performance. The TERS system recovers waste heat to preheat incoming water, increasing overall efficiency.

Black Eagle Maverick Core also heats only the amount of water needed for each extraction, quickly bringing it to the ideal temperature.
