Specifications & Details

  • Unscrew the mushroom using a 36 mm open-end wrench.
  • Caution: Avoid scratching the surface.
  • Install the new profiling valve (P1025) in place of the mushroom.
  • Unscrew the existing screw using a 5 mm hex key.
  • Mount the pressure gauge (P1026) in the same position.
  • Reuse the Teflon seal from the original screw.
  • It is recommended to use FDA-approved thread sealant.
  • Caution: Do not overtighten the gauge to avoid thread damage.
  • Close the valve by rotating the bolt fully clockwise.
  • Position the bushing in the desired direction for the closed position on the spindle.
  • Screw in the ball grip and tighten securely.
  • Unscrew the pre-brew cylinder at the lower brew group using a 36 mm open-end wrench.
  • Replace the spring with the supplied P1029 spring.
  • Insert the valve spindle into the pre-brew cylinder.
  • Reassemble it back onto the lower brew group.
  • Ensure the machine is unplugged from the power supply before installation.
