Enhanced flavours
Developed in collaboration with Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), the Paragon Chilling Rock rapidly cools the extracted coffee on contact, locking in more flavors that would otherwise be lost without the chilling technique.

In ZHAW’s research on volatile aroma compounds, instantaneous cooling was found to trap these compounds, resulting in more aromatic and flavor-rich coffee.

Optimal cooling
Unlike standard whiskey stones, the Paragon Chilling Rock is specifically designed for coffee. Made from titanium-coated stainless steel, it offers exceptional durability. Inside, the rocks are filled with a high-density liquid to maintain optimal temperature for effective extract chilling, ensuring rapid and even cooling of the coffee extraction.

Paragon Espresso Mount
No more balancing or makeshift stands. The Paragon Espresso Mount provides a stable platform for the chilling rock and sits securely on top of any cup. It features adjustable height to suit different cups and machines, along with anti-slip grips for added stability.
