Nucleus Paragon’s chilling rock
The Nucleus Paragon is designed to effectively extract pour-over coffee of any size. It features a metal casing that holds a freezing solution, extending the time the rock stays frozen. The chilling rock should be kept below -5°C and used within 10 minutes after removal from the freezer, once it has reached a stable frozen temperature.

Maximum flavor extraction
What we perceive as jasmine, for example, is actually a combination of multiple aroma compounds. The Nucleus Paragon retains up to 40% of these volatile compounds, maximizing the flavor potential of your beverage.
