The Sage The Luxe Brewer™ Thermal is an automatic filter coffee brewer designed for convenient batch brewing with control over key extraction variables. It combines SCA Golden Cup brewing, Brew and Cold Brew presets, customizable bloom and flow settings, a 12-cup removable water tank, dual filter basket options, and a dual-wall thermal carafe. The brewer can prepare anything from a single cup to a full carafe while offering additional adjustment for users who want to fine-tune their filter coffee recipes.

  • Ideal for Home Filter Coffee Brewing

    Designed for users who want the convenience of an automatic brewer while retaining control over important brewing parameters. It can prepare both individual servings and larger batches, making it suitable for everyday home coffee as well as serving multiple cups.

  • SCA Golden Cup Brewing

    The standard Brew mode is designed to prepare coffee according to Specialty Coffee Association Golden Cup standards, providing an automated approach to temperature, water delivery, and extraction.

  • Custom Brew Settings

    The Custom Brew mode allows users to adjust bloom volume, bloom time, brew temperature, and flow rate. The brewer remembers the personalized profile for the next brewing session, making it easier to repeat preferred recipes.

  • Dedicated Cold Brew Mode

    A dedicated Cold Brew preset prepares coffee at a higher concentration for serving over ice or using as a base for other drinks. Depending on the selected water volume, Sage states that cold brew can be prepared in up to 30 minutes.
