Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags and box. We will organize a reverse pick-up at no additional charge. Upon receipt at our warehouse, a fresh piece will be dispatched within standard shipping timelines. If a replacement is unavailable within 15 days, a refund will be issued for the full amount of the damaged product.
16. How do I initiate an exchange for a wrong product received?
Pack the product in its original packaging with the invoice, labels, tags, etc., and our courier partner will collect the product.

We offer a 7-day refund policy for products that are unused and in their original condition. Please note that transaction fees and shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Yes. Accessories not covered under warranty will be charged at full price. In addition, any services required due to electrical failures are not included in the warranty, and the cost of spare parts will be billed separately.

The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by chemicals or corrosion
• Mishandling, tampering, or improper use against the user manual instructions
• Electrical failures or Acts of God (natural disasters, etc.)
In addition, the warranty will be void if the product serial number is damaged or removed, or if a product designated for personal (non-commercial) use is used in a commercial setting.
