Binocular Dripper
A new way to brew pour over
The Binocular Dripper is a dual cone pour over brewer designed for wet blending. It allows two coffees to be brewed separately and combined during extraction into a single cup. Each coffee is brewed with its own parameters. They remain separate until the moment they merge, preserving clarity while building balance and structure in the cup.
This is a new brewing format.

How it works
Each cone functions independently. You can use different coffees, grind sizes, doses, and pour patterns on each side. Both extractions flow into a shared outlet only after brewing begins, creating a freshly brewed blend in real time.
-
What sets it apart
- Dual cone brewing for independent extraction
- Wet blending during brewing, not before
- Fully manual with no electronics
- Designed for experimentation and repeatability
