TO CLEAN MILK LINES AND FROTHERS
When using acidic milk cleaners, the milk lines must be flushed and purged of milk prior to the cleaning process.
Flush milk out of system with 500mL of fresh water.
Add 10g (3 scoops) to 500ml (2 cups) warm water in a container or jug.
Stir until powder is completely dissolved.
Flush the entire solution through the milk system following the machine manufacturer?s cleaning instructions.
Once the solution is dispensed, rinse the container. Fill the container with 1 litre (4 cups) of clean water and flush through the milk system to thoroughly rinse.
TO CLEAN MILK SYSTEM MACHINE PARTS
Add 10g (3 scoops) per litre of warm water in a container.
Stir until powder is completely dissolved.
Add parts to be cleaned and allow to soak for 30 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly in clean water and dry with paper towel or clean cloth.

Ensure the white cap is tightly sealed and slightly loosen the red cap. Gently squeeze the bottle until reservoir measures 100ml, remove the red cap and pour from reservoir.
Add 500ml cold water to prepare descaling solution.
Follow the machine manufacturer?s instructions to decalcify, de-lime or descale the machine.
Always rinse the machine at least twice with fresh water after decalcifying and before re-filling and reusing the machine.

PROCEDURE TO BACKFLUSH EACH DELIVERY GROUP
Remove coffee filter from group handle, and replace with blind filter.
For daily cleaning add 1 level scoop of EVO? into the group handle and insert as if brewing espresso. If the machine is cleaned less often, use 2 level scoops.
Start cycle and allow to run for 10 seconds to dissolve cleaner.
Stop cycle and allow to sit for 10 seconds.
Start and stop cycle 4 more times - run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds.
Remove the group handle and rinse well under stream of water from delivery group. Turn off.
Re-insert handle with blind filter, start and stop cycle 10 times - run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds to ensure thorough rinsing.
Remove blind filter and insert regular filter.
Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season machine.

Soak group handles and filters in 500ml of hot water with 2 level scoops of EVO? Espresso Machine Cleaner for 10 minutes.
