Delivery/Shipment Policy

We currently deliver our products across the serviceable locations / area of TNT Fedex within the UAE region.

Brewing Gadgets General Trading LLC is not liable when customer is non-contactable by TNT Fedex for delivery (Contact details provided by the customer will be used by the TNT Fedex for scheduling the delivery)

How much each shipping will cost the customer?

A nominal fee of AED 30+VAT will be charged for the orders below AED 2,000 and free shipping for orders over AED 2,000 regardless of weight.

How long each shipping will typically take?

Dispatch of orders within 24 working hours and shipment will reach customer in 2 to 3 working days.

Brewing Gadgets General Trading LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Refund and cancellation Policy:

Products are eligible for refund only when:

The wrong product was delivered
TThe product was defective
TThe product was damaged during shipping

Request of refund should be made within 48 working hours from the time of delivery. Once the requested product has been inspected and approved by us, we will initiate a refund through the original mode of payment.

Not Eligible:

Products on sale are non-returnable. This includes items in our limited offering collection.
