Created by Chef Naved Nasir (of London’s Dishoom fame), Khadak pays homage to India’s culinary heritage with recipes rarely seen on menus today. From jackfruit haleem to morel kulchas and reinvented chaat, every dish tells a story—and last night, we got to enjoy that story together. Thank you to everyone who joined us.
