Within four years, it captivated me with its Mythos One, the ideal partner for every espresso coffee professional machine.
Today, Victoria Arduino amazes me again with Mythos 2, the coffee grinder which uses the innovative Gravimetric technology and which I can’t wait for using in my coffee shop.
Grinding temperature stability 2.0
I know it from my experience as barista – when the grinding temperature is unstable, granulometry and doses are inconsistent. Victoria Arduino already developed Clima Pro technology, which moved the boundaries of on demand coffee grinder operating temperatures; now with the new Clima Pro 2.0 system of Mythos 2, I can work with lower temperatures, thus expanding my range of choice. In addition to keep consistent the temperature in grinding chamber, Mythos 2 is also able to reduce it, to allow a more efficient work.
Grinding speed customization
Thanks to the easy and fast programming, adjustable from the touch display, the variable speed motor (from 600 to 1200 rpm) of Mythos 2 allows to decide the setting most suitable to the coffee I choose. A true blessing for an enthusiastic and accurate barista like me, since the variation of rpms allows changing the structure of the ground based on the best grinding conditions of each specific variety, thus significantly enhancing the aroma. This patented system, introduced in the new variable speed motor, produces three beneficial effects: it provides a speed consistency from the first second; reduces the temperature modes and ensures effective energy savings. Grinding time per dose lowering
After Mythos One experience, with Mythos 2 Victoria Arduino could develop a grinding machine with 85mm titanium grinders to allow for a greater service speed – in other words, a higher hourly production. The special propeller located upstream of the machines ensures a consistent
coffee pressure within the grinding machine, in order to guarantee the best density. I can grind more quickly than before, without compromising the taste of my coffee.
